What services does the Metro District provide? 

Timbers Metropolitan District was organized  to serve the public improvement needs of Timbers at the Pinery. The District shall be authorized to provide the following services:  water, sanitation, street improvements, traffic safety protection, Park and recreation, and storm drainage improvements. 

The purpose of the District is to provide public improvemnts for the benefit of all anticipated inhabitants and taxpayers. The District also serves to finance and oversee the construction of these public improvements.

How many homes are in located within the District? 

There are expected to be approximatley 202 homes to complete the community. 

What is the current Mill Levy? 

The current Mill Levy is 30 mills. The District collects 5 mills for operations and maintenance via the General Fund and collects 25 mills for debt repayment services via the Debt Service Fund.

Who provides parks and recreation services for the District? 

High Prairie Farms Metro District provides park and recreation services for the District and surrounding area. You can contact them at https://www.hpfmd.org/. 

Who provides fire services for the District? 

South Metro Fire provides emergency and fire services to the District.
